The life of an athlete has its ups and downs and you can follow me on my journey right here.  From an early age, I knew that this is what I wanted to do and I am so blessed and grateful I am able to live my dream.

Well, after 13 years and a lot of fun, I have decided to leave the world of combined events and concentrate on one event.  From next year, I shall be contesting the Long Jump.  The decision to change events has been a hard one but after weighing up all my options, I believe my future is with this event.  Bring on 2013!

Team GB for 2012- Unfortunately I have not made the team this year.  Congratulations to all those that have made it and I will be cheering you on.  I would like to thank everyone who has supported me and continues to do so.  It would have been amazing to take part in a home games but it was not meant to be.  Now the hard work starts for next years world championships and beyond.
